PEI use a three prong approach to create and manage wealth:

Strategic investment in the Equities and ETF Markets
We target specific opportunities for short term moves (3-21 days) in the Equities and ETF markets. We are constantly viligent for these favorable circumstances that may occur 8-12 times a year. We use extreme leverage to maximize returns.

Portfolio Management
We specialize in distressed asset workouts. Venture capital is used to purchase distressed assets from financial institutions. Our first approach is to work with the borrower to make the loan whole. This may include a Loan Modification, Capital Fusion or a Debt for Equity Swap. We prefer not to foreclose, asset strip or liquidate the assets purchased. Our holding time is between six months to five years. Profits are taken as the target market improves. 

Gatekeeper Services
We assist institutional investors in their private equity allocation decisions. Institutional investors with little experience of the asset class or those with limited resources use our services to help manage their private equity allocation. We offer tailored services according to our clients' needs, including private equity fund sourcing and due diligence through to complete discretionary mandates.
